As part of its commitment to promoting environmental responsibility and fostering a culture of sustainability, Ali Bin Ali Holding conducted a World Environment Day awareness campaign across its divisions including: Head Office, Travels, IA, PCP, DLP, Luxury, Beverages, and Galeries Lafayette Doha from 7 till 11 June 2026.
Employees actively engaged in a series of sustainability-focused activities, including writing environmental pledges, participating in awareness-driven photo opportunities, and receiving plants as a symbol of collective responsibility toward a greener future.
The campaign was met with enthusiastic participation and positive engagement, fostering meaningful conversations around sustainability while reinforcing a sense of inclusion, shared purpose, and environmental stewardship across the Holding.
Throughout the campaign, ABA’s Corporate Communications team engaged directly with employees across the Holding, highlighting the company’s ongoing commitment to sustainability and raising awareness of the recycling infrastructure available across facilities.
The campaign also provided an opportunity to showcase ABA Holding‘s environmental achievements from 2024 to 2026. During this period, the company successfully recycled 3,598.125 tons of paper, helping save approximately 61,000 trees and 95 million liters of water. ABA also recycled 4,729 kg of plastic, 570 kg of metal, and 775.5 kg of electronic waste, contributing to the avoidance of 12,722 tons of CO₂e emissions.
