OPPO, in association with Prime Distribution Trading Company, launches its latest Reno5 Series of all-5G smartphones in Qatar

Global technology brand, OPPO, launched the all-new Reno5 Series in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) on Tuesday 16 March 2021. The company’s first ‘all-5G’ launch includes three variants – Reno5 Pro 5G, Reno5 5G and Reno5 Z 5G – that both boast the ultra-fast speed and power of 5G. Ali Bin Ali Holding’s Prime Distribution Trading Company (PDTC) is the official distributor of OPPO smartphones and accessories in Qatar.

True to its 2021 theme ‘Technology for mankind, kindness for the world’, OPPO believes that 5G will empower humanity to live fully connected lives and reap the full benefits of a technology-powered world. The grand launch of the Reno5 series in MEA, themed ‘Featuring You,’ was hosted virtually on the brand’s official social media platforms – Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.

Following a successful global launch, the Reno5 series is set to take the Qatar market by storm with industry-leading Qualcomm 5G chipsets, best-in-class AI-powered all-scene photography, never-seen-before portrait photography and videography, and 65W SuperVOOC2.0 Flash Charge – the safest and one of the fastest charging technologies commercially available in the world, delivering a full charge of Reno5 battery in 35 minutes.

The Reno5 5G variant is the ‘AI Portrait Expert’ that combines OPPO’s Ultra Night Video Algorithms and Live HDR Algorithm to deliver unprecedented quality in portrait photography and portrait videography that empowers users to create and capture life’s best moments.

Keeping with OPPO Reno Series’ focus on design, both phones are smooth, light and slim and come in attractive colours and finishes. OPPO, in association with PDTC, launches its first retail store in Qatar

 

On October 31, the leading global smartphone brand, OPPO – in association with its exclusive distributor in Qatar, Prime Distribution and Trading Company (PDTC) – ceremoniously launched the first OPPO Retail Store in Qatar. It is also the first OPPO Brand Store in the Middle East.

Present at the inauguration ceremony was the General Manager of PDTC, Mr. Mohammad Imran, Sales Director of OPPO Middle East Mr.Vikas Pachnanda and OPPO Qatar Country Manager Ms.Yuan Meng.

Speaking about the new venture, Mr. Imran said: “Our association with OPPO is not new and we are glad to partner with them in launching their first store in Qatar. The brand is performing exceptionally well and is one of the top players in the region.”

The new OPPO Retail Store has the full brand line-up of mobile phones and accessories and has been designed to engage customers while encouraging them to explore and appreciate the craftsmanship and technological features of OPPO’s product range.

Also, the store has an after-sales station that can provide customer support and assistance, including walk-in repair for OPPO mobile devices.

ABA Group’s Prime Distribution Trading Company unleashes OPPO F7 in Qatar

Introducing yet another trendy mobile phone in Qatar, Ali Bin Ali (ABA) Group’s Prime Distribution Trading Company launched the new OPPO F7 on May 13, 2018. Powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI), the F7 takes smartphone technology to new heights.

The new phone was ceremoniously launched at a special event at Holiday Inn Doha – The Business Park in the presence of media and selected guests. Ali Bin Ali Group FMCG COO Mr. Nabil Mourad, General Manager of Prime Distribution Trading Company Mr. Mohammad Imran, OPPO Qatar General Manager Mr. Moffat Zhou and OPPO GCC Sales Director Mr. Vikas Penchanda were present to unveil the new phone.

The event was opened by Mr. Penchandafollowing which a product expert explained the unmatchable features of the smartphone. The product was physically revealed to guests when helium balloons lifted the cover off the product experience table. 

The house was then opened for questions from the media.

The mobile phone is priced at QR1,249 for the version with 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM. The 128GB edition is priced at QR1,599. Users have three different color choices to suit their personality – Solar Red, Moonlight Silver and a special Diamond Black edition.
