Ali Bin Ali Holding proudly announced its Al Kheesa female accommodation was recognized by the Ministry of Labour (MOL) for exceeding living standards and practices.
This recognition reflects the high standards set by both management and employees, which have met the ministry’s expectations.
As a testament to this achievement, Ali Bin Ali Holding was chosen to host a special event at Dohatna Logistics Park, dedicated to promoting health and personal hygiene awareness.
The event, held on May 16 2024, brought together a distinguished group of attendees. Representing the Ministry of Labor were senior managers and executive training personnel, eager to share their knowledge with the residents of Al Kheesa.
ABA Holding was well-represented by Mrs. Evelyne de Croutte (General Manager, ABA Real Estate), Mr. Mohammad Labban (HR Manager), Henry George (Accommodation Manager), and Mahmoud Khairt (Sr. Human Resource Business Partner). Most importantly, the event included the participation of approximately 60 residents from the Holding, showcasing the vibrant community spirit that thrives within the Al Kheesa accommodation.
“We are honored to be recognized by the Ministry of Labour for exceeding living standards and practices,” said Mrs. Evelyne de Croutte, General Manager, ABA Real Estate. “This selection reflects the dedication of our entire team, from management to residents, in maintaining a high standard of living that prioritizes both health and well-being.”
Ms. Clarissa Cadornigara, the Accommodation Coordinator, played an instrumental role in coordinating residents, divisions, and all necessary arrangements for the event.
The event wasn’t just educational, it created a positive and communal atmosphere. People from different cultures came together to share their unique perspective.
This event serves as a valuable reminder of the importance of collaboration between employers, employees, and the Ministry of Labor in creating a safe and healthy environment for all.
ABA Holding remains committed to upholding these values and fostering a thriving community within its accommodations.
