Ali Bin Ali Holding celebrates International Women’s Day: A day of inspiration, empowerment, and community

To mark International Women’s Day, Ali Bin Ali Holding hosted its inaugural Women’s Day event on March 7th, bringing together 55 remarkable women for an afternoon of inspiration, empowerment, and connection. The remaining female ABA staff members joined the session remotely via MS Teams.

The energy in the ABA tower first-floor training room, transformed with purple hues, inspirational quotes, and adorable cupcakes, was truly electric.

The event kicked off with opening remarks by Ms. Gizelle Lacson, Manager of Learning and Development, ABA HR. Following that, two of ABA’s most respected senior leaders, Mrs. Riham Monavar, General Manager of Ali Bin Ali Contracting, and Mrs. Evelyn Croutte, General Manager of ABA Real Estate, delivered an inspirational talk.

Mrs. Riham shared her inspiring journey, navigating challenges in a traditionally male-dominated field and emphasizing the importance of resilience, innovation, and mentorship.

Mrs. Evelyn’s powerful message focused on the importance of human dignity and respect, advocating for a world where women’s voices are heard, and their contributions are celebrated.

Both Mrs. Evelyn and Mrs. Riham Monavar praised Mr. Nabeel Ali Bin Ali for his vision in empowering them to lead in male-dominated businesses. They highlighted this as his approach in general towards women at ABA who he believes are capable of achieving remarkable things.

Following the speeches, a Q&A session and discussions on career development, overcoming challenges, and achieving work-life balance equipped attendees with practical tools to navigate their professional journeys.

“Our vision is to leverage this event to create a world within Ali Bin Ali where women, in all their multifaceted roles, are empowered and connected. Through a vibrant women’s network, we want to celebrate the strength and journeys of our female leaders, fostering a space for mentorship, professional development, and shared success.” said, Mrs. Gizelle Lacson

The event wasn’t just about listening – it was about connecting. Attendees enjoyed lively networking opportunities, forging valuable connections and fostering a strong sense of community amongst ABA’s talented women.

At the end of the event, attendees also received a special gift they could cherish, serving as a lasting reminder of the day.

Ali Bin Ali Holding is proud to celebrate the achievements of its women and remains dedicated to fostering a workplace that values diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities for all.
