Strengthening Leadership to Drive Transformation

Senior leaders from the FMCG division of Ali Bin Ali Holding convened for a two-day leadership workshop aimed at strengthening strategic execution, accountability, and leadership effectiveness across the organization. Held on February 3–4, 2026 at the Mondrian Doha, the program brought together senior decision-makers to advance the company’s transformation journey and reinforce a culture of empowered leadership.

The workshop gathered key leaders including Chief Operating Officer of Ali Bin Ali’s FMCG division, Mr. Wadih Antoine Kazan, along with other general managers, division managers, and sales managers from across the business. The sessions were facilitated by HR Manager, Mr. Mohammad Meshah, and Learning and Development Lead, Ms. Gizelle Lacson.

Designed to close the gap between strategic intent and day-to-day execution, the workshop focused on translating the organization’s priorities into practical leadership behaviors and measurable commitments. While leaders across the organization are aligned on the company’s direction, the program addressed the challenge of ensuring consistent implementation, stronger ownership, and clear follow-through at every level of leadership.

The program centered on three critical pillars:
• Strengthening systems and processes
• Enhancing organizational agility
• Reinforcing accountability through the RACI framework

Through facilitated discussions, practical exercises, and peer-driven dialogue, participants examined real operational challenges and identified areas where decision avoidance, passive compliance, or unclear ownership can limit progress.

At the event, Mr. Kazan commended the initiative as one that reinforced the company’s commitment to building leaders who take ownership, act decisively, and drive results that move the organization forward.

“By creating a space for honest conversations and practical problem-solving, we enable leaders to reflect on how their choices shape execution and organizational outcomes,” he added.

The workshop also explored Ali Bin Ali’s 3–5 strategic outlook, equipping leaders with the tools and mindset required to design, implement, and adapt organizational strategies in an evolving business environment.

By the end of the program, participants developed clear, high-impact actions aligned with their existing responsibilities, ensuring that change is driven through smarter leadership decisions rather than additional workload.

As Ali Bin Ali’s FMCG division continues its transformation journey, the initiative marks an important milestone in strengthening leadership capability, empowering senior leaders to translate strategy into meaningful action and drive sustainable organizational growth.
