On February 21, 2025, Ali Bin Ali HR and Admin Department hosted an extraordinary award night at the refine Chedi Hotel in Katara, gathering all HR and Admin personnel, for a night of celebration, reflection, and vision. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the evening beach skyline, this formal gala created an atmosphere of sophistication and camaraderie.

The elegant setting, complemented by soothing music, offered a perfect platform to commemorate the impressive strides made in 2024. The evening featured heartfelt speeches, captivating skits, and compelling presentations, all paying homage to the hard work and dedication that propelled the department forward. One of the highlights of the event was a special footage that was produced specifically for the event to highlight the functions of the department. Guests, dressed in formal attire, mingled as they relished the cool beach breeze, savoring every moment of the magical evening.

A powerful speech was delivered by the General Manager of HR and Admin, Mr. Aldrine Fernandez, who reflected on the incredible growth of the company and the department. He praised the vision set by the founder of ABA Holding, noting, “Our journey has been extraordinary, not just in terms of our numbers, but in the quality of talent we’ve brought in. As each group united their puzzle pieces, the final image revealed a powerful representation of all HR personnel, whom were described as “warriors,” embodying the spirit of collaboration and determination.
